What is Premium Seating?
Premium Seating is a membership program that guarantees you the ability to purchase tickets for a seat you know you will enjoy. No more guessing about where you will be sitting. Additionally, with your Premium Seating membership, you’ll have access to the ONLY seated locations at The Depot, in seat wait staff service and a host of other exclusive amenities. If I already have tickets, can I upgrade to Premium Seats?
Generally, we do not offer upgrades from standard (general admission) tickets to Premium Seat tickets in advance of a show because Premium Seats is primarily a membership-based program. On a show by show basis, if seats are still available in the Premium Seat section on the night of a show, we will offer guests the option for a VIP Upgrade on the night of the show after they have entered the venue.
What is a VIP Upgrade?
VIP Upgrades vary from show to show based on availability but can include a premium seat, priority entry, and in seat waitstaff service.
Do Premium Seats include a Meet & Greet with the artist?
Unfortunately, it does not. While our Premium Seating program includes many amenities, all meet and greet options are handled and processed through the artist and their team.
